Portable water heating self contained no pipes no propane please advise

Hello fellow posters I am need of your advise and am living without hot water or central heating therefore require your advise urgently

I have no experience or knowledge on plumbimg/heating

Recently my boiler has broke down and the engineer is saying its gonna cost 3,000 for parts

Therefore for the time being I desperately need a portable water solution.

I would need it to hold upto around 10 litres or more of water and heat that water for example like a large kettle with a filament inside or heating element (but not heat to it to boiling). it should have a hose or outlet connected to it to allow water to flow out and be used. I would need to be able to move it from place to place.

Does anything like this actually exist?

I don't want any of this propane nonsense or having to hook it up to pipes.

Just be able to pour water into it and have it heat it (electric) and maybe powered by battery that is charged or plug a power cord directly into it.

even 5 litres volume capacity would be okay

Please let me know if anything like this exists as I have checked water heaters and cannot make much sense of them as they need propane or hooking upto to pipes.

thanks for any advise
