VHE 3 Weil McLain boiler mercury flame sensor problem

I have a Weil McLain boiler with a mercury flame sensor. Replaced the Mercury Flame Sensor 1 week ago and it solved the problem. Burners would not flame. Now it is acting the same. pilot ignites but the burners do not. What could be the problem?

Check to make sure the flame sensor is being heated by the pilot. Maybe something moved.

Check all the GROUND CONNECTIONS. These systems require clean, dry and tight ground connections to operate properly... and as Carbuff says, make sure the sensor is in the flame.
