Tempering valve

I bought a house and they boiler is making the hot water.
Looks like the removed the water tank. The mixing valve is a watts 70 and it is not working great.
Since right now I can not afford to buy and install an indirect water tank, witch is the system that I like, I would like to know what valve you guys recommend. Everything is a 1/2" and sometimes not enough water.
Thanks

Thanks for the help. Probably I will go with the Taco 5000 series.
