Almost every day my boiler shuts down while in between heating cycles. I hit the reset button the burner motor starts, I see fuel going into the chamber but there is no ignition. Rather than waiting for it cycle off I have been shutting it off by the wall switch. If I turn it on a few minutes later it won’t start. I will do this say 3 times with no results. But if I wait at least an hour or more it fires right up and will be good for a day. The fuel filter is clean and all wired connections are tight.
Beckett burner.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I had a similar problems a couple years ago, it turned out being the transformer, would run fine for a day or so, then nothing, I'd hit the reset button and fuel would spray, and would only light if I tapped on the top of the transformer, it was a Beckett and was less than a year old. Put a new in and all was good.
