Kerr Wood and Oil Furnace

I have a combination wood and oil hot water radiation furnace (Kerr) and I am not getting any heat when I burn wood, although I have heat when I burn oil. Any tips from anyone?

Hi There,

Make and model numbers are always a good way to start.
Next, pics are very useful.

I have a hard time understanding how the wood aspect of the boiler does not provide any heat, while the oil burner will heat the boiler.

Is your wood good and dry ?
Are you building a good fire ?

Need some more info.
