Yes. I wanted to know if the t-stat is calling for heat shouldn't the aqua stat fire the boiler. I checked all 3 zone valves and the motor is turning and contacting the end switch witch should tell the a- stat to fire the boiler right?

Yes, correct.
I know there's a lot of them, but please answer all questions...
How did you check the endswitch function?
If all three zones are not functioning, it's more likely to be the aquastat, but stranger things have happened.
Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?
Can you tell if the circulator pump is running when the thermostats call for heat?

By the way, if you checked VISUALLY for endswitch operation, this doesn't necessarily mean that the switch is making ELECTRICAL contact.
But like I said, if all three are doing this, more likely something else.
Check for a broken wire.
Follow the wires from the T T terminals back to the zone valves. All it takes is for one wire to not make contact (broken).

I want you to be very careful with this next test... there is 120 VAC inside the aquastat.
YOU CAN BE KILLED!
Understand WHERE the 120VAC is inside the aquastat and DON'T TOUCH IT!
Maybe it would be best if you shut the power off first... attach a wire jumper between the T T terminals in the a'stat and turn the power back on for a couple seconds.
Does the boiler fire?
If YES, the problem is in your zone valves or wiring.
If NO, the problem is in the a'stat or the burner controls.
Is this a GAS or OIL fired boiler? (I think OIL, yes?)
What is the make and model of the boiler?

Yes I have 24v going to the zone valves. Also forgot to mention the aqua stat is maintaining temp in the boiler. Can the aqua stat relay prevent the circulator pump not to kick on? I checked the end switch by pushing in the manual button in the zone valve. That usually workes for me. Should I change the circulator 1 st
