Erie and Honeywell zone valves

I have an Erie zone valve that seems to be bad. When the one zone thermostats turns on the Erie Actuator (model AG13A02A) opens the valve but does not signal the circulator pump to turn on. The other 3 zones work fine, so know the pump is good. I want to just replace the actuator since the manual switch opens the and closes valve, so I know valve is good. My question, can I replace the Erie Ag13A02A with the Honeywell 40003916-026 without replacing the valve itself. I can only buy Honeywell parts locally. Thanks for the help.
