Temporarily disable domestic hot water while away

I will be away for several months this winter and would like to keep my boiler on at a low thermostat setting and disable the function that heats the domestic hot water coil. I have a Columbia Emerald boiler and would like to save some oil by defeating the function that keeps the domestic hot water coil hot while we are not here using hot water. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

Its winter and the boiler will kick on regardless. Lower the aquastat Lo as far down as it goes. 100f I believe. You may even want to lower the hi to 150f or so. If your over radiated the house should keep temp.

No sense disabling it.
