Weil Mclain Gold oil boiler

Well this is driving me nuts, the boiler comes on when the thermostats are NOT calling for heat. I don't have an internal hot water heater so thats not it. I put in new thermostats when I installed the new boiler. The thing is 2 yrs old and I'am not here in the winter so if it had 175 gal of fuel throug it it's alot. Weil McLain was useless as far as help. I would love to find someone to look at/fix it but the last time I had a problem with the old boiler they just replaced every part on the thing untill it was right. I just turned the thing on yesterday and today it came on and the room was 64 and the thermostat was set to come on at 62 and the zone valve was closed. Anybody got any ideas. Thanks
