Is this a hot-water boiler? Model number?

This will be, I fear, a computer-controlled system - may be beyond DIY.

.......everything got hot Like what...for example ?

If you disconnect the hose off the draft inducer nothing can get hot.

If the draft inducer is not spinning then that's where you need to start your troubleshooting.
You'll need an AC meter to check it out. Most of those motors run on 120 volts AC. You'll need to check on the board where it's connected to see if you have power.

Yeah... and you are trying to poison someone with Carbon Monoxide poisoning.

Without the draft inducer running and you 'tricking' the thing into running, you are likely have exhaust from the boiler pouring into the home.

Please do NOT kill yourself or your family by continuing to run that boiler in this manner! Either repair it properly or call a technician who can.
