Heat sequencer sticking in electric boiler

Good morning, I own an old hydronic boiler brand Hydra. Heat elements(5) are driven by heat sequencer(3) White-Rodgers #24a34-21(no electronic board).
I have issue with them sticking to ON(keep heating) once a while. I decided to change them all as preventive maintenance but had one stick again only after 4month of use. This is not trustable since when it happens, boiler keep heating.
I'm at the point of throwing the hole unit and buy a new boiler but before doing this expense, does any one of you encounter this kind of issue and have a solution to fix the problem?
Thanks to all.

Are you in the US?

I suspect that there is a problem with electric ARC when the contacts open and close. This will destroy the contact points and often will 'weld' the contacts closed.

See:

One brand I am aware of, but can't advise which model might work...

Quencharc® Arc Suppressor/Snubber Network - Cornell Dubilier Electronics | DigiKey

Google "arc suppressor" and find much information! such as this:

Is there a schematic diagram of your boiler available on-line that you know of?

If you do happen to find a schematic, stop back and let me know, I could look and tell you where you might be able to install the arc suppressors.

Bonne chance!
