Trying to find brand name of baseboard heat cover pictured below

Please see attached sketch of a baseboard heat end cap I have. I need to buy a whole house full of replacement dummy covers but cannot determine the brand name so I can't search for a local supplier.

I think I've tried them all

I've been searching the net for hours using various keywords and still coming up empty handed. I have been emailing manufacturers and supply houses asking for leads and still have yet to run across this brand.

The house was built in 1990 and I'm confident the age of the baseboard is similar. Thank you.

The links in my last post were for 'aftermarket' covers... not brand specific... did you look at them?

If you can't find OEM, this would seem to be a viable alternative.
