Zero flow from one zone.
I have a two zone hydronic boiler. I replaced the pump circulator and purged the system of air. One zone had absolutely no flow. I pressurized the system and the boiler gauge reads 15 psi. I tested the zone that had water flow with a pressure gauge and it read the samething. What baffles me is that 2nd floor zone has absolutely no flow coming when I tried to bleed it. Any ideas?

Hi welcome...
Hmm, you need to perform a certain procedure to purge the air out. We need to see your purge stations to help you. Take pics of where you are doing this... Basically you need to close one side of the zone, and or open the zone valve, or flow control.
Possible there was nothing wrong with your circ and a zone valve went bad...
We can help but need a few pics.. Well lit please...

If you don't have enough pressure in the system you will not get water to the top of the system. 15 PSI is enough for this, but if the gauge is wrong... well... you might not have enough pressure in the system.
