Question Triangle Tube Solo Prestige 110 - cannot disable central heat call

This year when I went to turn on my heat for the first time, I was unable to turn it off again.

I have even gone as far as disconnecting the thermostat inputs on the boiler's electrical panel, but the heating call persists.

I reset the boiler, rebooted the control panel, cycled the power, removed and inspected all the electrical boards on the control panel, removed and reinstalled all the electrical connections on the control boards, and still no change.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Note that my DHW calls are working great - no issues at all. The system was installed early winter of last year and has worked fine since then. Only when I turned on the CH this month did this problem occur.

The system I should think is still under warranty...

First thing to do is explore warranty service before anything else.
