I would have checked BEFORE I ordered the fuel... just sayin'

I don't know... I would think that at the least you might need to have the burner 'tuned up' for proper combustion with the different fuel.

I have been using B-5 for a few yrs with no problem. I don't think B-20 is here by me yet??

Anyway some possible concerns is biodiesel is said to act like a solvent. So if you have an old oil tank it might break up the sludge and give you potential clogs. Maybe do a few extra filter changes for awhile.

Also biodiesel is known to gel faster than straight diesel in cold weather. So if your tank is outside you might have some concerns. But the Oil supplier possibly has already added an additive to help prevent gelling in the cold.

You might want to keep in mind that there are some seals/gaskets that might have a certain percentage biofuel rating.

I haven't read anything about biodiesel in awhile but for the most part I remember reading B-20 should not be a problem.
