Thats a fairly new boiler that was recently installed? Is it still under warranty from the installer? Most give a 5 yr warranty in our area......

If so I would call them in... That would be your best bet....

Are there 'check valves'... or 'flow checks' installed on the piping? They sometimes do rattle and you will hear it all through the piping.

Can you take some pictures of the system so we can better help pinpoint the problem?

All boilers are different... so I can't really tell you where to look.

Take pictures of everything and I'll see if I can spot them.
