Dunkirk Boiler/Furnace - NO HEAT

NEED HELP PLEASE...We have -5 F and no heat. I have Dunkirk oil fueled boiler/furnace. When push reset button unit starts for 1 minute then stops. My sidewall power venter works constantly (?). There is a hot water but no circulation in my heating system. Thermostat works fine ( I can hear clicking).
The relief valve (I guess...) on the back of the boiler started to drip.
Any ideas, please?

Hi what is the model # of the boiler?

What does the pressure and temp gauge read on the boiler?

When it's -5F and there is no heat in the home...

It is not the time to be on the internet trying to learn how to fix a heating system.

Call a technician before the pipes freeze. (if they haven't already)
