Ivanroos - No heat on 2nd floor Burnham Alpine system

Hello,

After a waterpipe burst in our basement this morning we had to replace a water pipe (and temporary shut off the main water supply to the house). After this was done and we had water again, the upstairs and the basement don't heat up. We have baseboard heating and use the Burnhome Alpine 080 system for our hot water and heating. We have a split level home with radiator heating in the basement, baseboard heating in the living and baseboard heating in the bedroom area. There is some heat getting to the living room but it's not quickly heating up the house. (2 degrees in 4 hours!) There is no warm water in either the bedroom or the basement area.

It's cold here in PA!
Anyone available to help?
Thanks!
Linda

Hi Linda, not sure why you tagged your post to the end of that older thread... so I moved it to a new thread, hope you find it OK.

I sure hope the home didn't get cold enough while the systems were down to freeze more pipes!

What is the pressure and temperature on the boiler gauge?

You probably need to repurge your system.
