1 room in my house gets to warm with our boiler.

So our boiler was installed in 2008 (we purchased the home in 2013) Our master bedroom always seems to get warmest at night to the point we can't sleep that great. I'm not sure what the picture bolt is for but if anyone can tell me if I can shut the baseboard heater off with this bolt that would be great. the house is a duplex with 1 main boiler (on my side) and there are 4 zones (upstairs and downstairs for each unit) Any more info you need please let me know

What you are referring to as a "bolt" is really a manual air vent. If the heater is putting out too much heat first try closing the damper at the top of the convector cabinet and see if that is enough. If not then take some heavy duty aluminum foil and wrap it around some of the finned element. If it is still too hot then cover some more of the element and if it is then too cold remove some of the foil.
