Leaking relief valve

I replaced a dripping pressure relief safety valve on my oil fired furnace and the new 30 lb relief valve is still leaking with only 20 lbs of water pressure.

First read this and then this

Gauges can be inaccurate. You need to verify the pressure as in the first link and then possible service the tank as in the second.
What was the temp of the water at that pressure.
