Biobor and startron diesel additives to add to newer 1000 gallon underground s

Hello.

After reading some horror stories here, im wanting to add some bug killing and water dissolving additives to my newer 1000 gallon underground storage tank.

I read some reviews and bought biobor (to kill bacteria) and startron to dissolve any water (i cant detect any with the paste, but just want to be safe).

Does it matter what order i add this stuff in?

my tank has about 550 gallons in it and i will be turning the system off for the summer in a few weeks.

I plan on adding the biobor (to kill bugs) first, and then a week or so later, add the startron.

I then plan on filling it with an addiitional 250 gallons of fuel to keep the tank weighted down and cut down on summer condensation.

Is ths a good plan? Or does this stuff need stirred in somehow?

Any additives should be added at time of filling. You want them 'stirred' in.
