Hello everyone! We are trying to turn a tiny (7.5' x 9.5'), nasty garage bathroom into a functional space for our family. It's the only other full bathroom in the house. [ATTACH]31546[/ATTACH] Beautiful, right? What we would like to do is wall off the water heater and broiler and install an accordian-style closet door so they are still accessible for maintenance. There is roof ventilation for the broiler. That would allow the rest of the room to just be a bathroom that we can renovate. We also plan to move the door so this bathroom is actually accessible from the house instead of through the garage. The question is - is there a regulated amount of clearance or airflow space needed around broilers and water heaters? As of right now, if we went forward with our plan, there would be about 12 inches between the broiler and the new wall. We live in New Jersey, if it makes a difference for codes, etc. Thank you, everyone!

Need to replace a UT Electronic Controls intermittent pilot ignition control module #1003-620A. I was unable to find any reference to UT Electronic Controls on the internet. Also, the Honeywell and other manufacturesrs cross-reference listings do not show any equivalents. Does anybody know about this company so I can contact them?
