Buderis G115 starting issues

The boiler will start up and preheat (?) and just as the furnace engages (?) within 2 seconds it shuts off. Then within 30 seconds the boiler will start again and this time the furnace will engage and will run for about 4.5 minutes. This process happens every time. This has been going on for over a year. Had a service guy come out last year to clean (not much to clean)and service, told him of this issue, he replced some parts, but still was a problem. He came out in December to bleed the system and again told him the start/stop was still an issue, replaced more parts, still a problem, his wrong guessing is costing me a fortune, done with that!!!

Any ideas on what problem might be, anyone else having the same happen?

I believe that control on the top of the boiler to be an L8148. Take the cover off & watch the relay. My guess is you will see it pull in, drop out, then pull in again & hold.

Would you please post a picture showing the right side of the boiler? I see two pieces of flexible conduit & would like to see where they go.
How many zones do you have & if more than one, is there a zone panel or switching relay(s) somewhere?
