Flews that hit the dew point
I was having a spirited discussion with N J Trooper about his flawed boiler instillation , manual damper in smoke pipe , pipe sizes up and down and to top it all off sulphuric acid running out the smoke pipe , not what I would expect from a seasoned installer and because he has a closed mind he closed the thread. I would like to continue this discussion with anyone with this problem.

My installation is not flawed.
I do not have a manual damper in the pipe, I have an automatic damper and a NPP plate installed to provide the proper draft in the boiler.
Sorry, I don't have a closed mind. I closed the thread because it was over 2 years old and there was nothing further to be added to it. It was going nowhere. It was done.
A flea and a fly in a flue
were imprisoned oh what could they do?
Said the flea "let us fly"
Said the fly "let us flee"
So they flew through a flaw in the flue.
