Radiant heat, inoperative zone

Zone is calling for heat. Distribution valve to zone is working. The rest of the zones receive heat. This zone is a complete distribution assembly located on other side of house. Larger line running off main distribution bank. Worked previously. Previous issues with loud banging as pump cavitated when system came on repaired by lowering pressure. Could reduced pressure be reason for distant distribution manifold not receiving hot water? Installer no longer in industry and Aire Serv refusing to honor warantee. Any advice appreciated.

The pump shouldn't cavitate with higher pressure, lower pressure yes.
What is the pressure at now?
