( Utica MGB) Gas Boiler pilot keeps going out after new thermocouple/gas valve

I am at a loss. Purchased a house in August 2015. Gas boiler has operated fine until about a week ago. One morning, woke up, house was chilly, noticed the pilot light was out. Had a new thermocouple installed. Later that day, the pilot went out again. Had a new gas valve installed. Pilot light continues to go out several times a day. Flue gets hot to the touch and chimney is free of any blockages, so I assume it is venting properly. Gas boiler has supposedly had no issues in the 10 years its been installed.

From what I can tell, the boiler will cycle on/off for 5 minutes until. Shouldn't it continue to heat the water until the thermostat is satisfied? Really stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you post the make and model of the boiler please? Its not normal for the pilot to go out when you replace the two common caused.. The t couple and the gas valve..

It sounds like an electrical issue possibly/

This should solve your issue.. Call utica for the part

this is a known problem with this model of boiler. It doesn't effect every boiler; you could have five of them, and only have trouble with one. It turns out the revised pilot they came up with is not simply an enlarged orifice; it is completely redesigned. They found the problem was caused by the old horizontally oriented pilot, and the fix is replacing it with a vertically oriented pilot assembly.

Just a quick update.

Called the number on the bulletin and spoke to someone who had no idea what I was talking about regarding the ignition system. I was told any parts would have to be ordered from a local supplier. I am currently trying to find another means of contacting someone at Utica that can provide me more help.
