Leak at water pump unit atop boiler

Almost ready to go!

Replace all water lines to baseboards, resolved a couple of leaks and ran test with motor running.

Seems I have a leak where the pump connects to the main water lines (see attached).

Couple questions:

-assume I need to remove and replace gasket. Is this gasket a standard item or specific to each situation?

-trying to determine the root cause here..everything worked fine prior to the pipe replacement project.....didn't touch this section at all.

Appreciate your thoughts...just want to make sure I repair properly.

You disturbed the pipes which caused the flanges to move and crack the gasket. No biggie.
Those gaskets are widely available and easy to change.

You will hopefully be able to valve off the pump or you'll need to drain the system again.

Before doing anything..... you could try snugging up the flange bolts. That may draw the flanges in enough to stop the leak.
