You start with giving us a FULL description of your home and heating system. What energy saving measures have been incorporated into the house such as insulation, air sealing, storm windows or replacement windows?

What is the steam pressure on the boiler when operating? Has the size or number of cast iron radiators been significantly changed from original? Are the steam pipes properly pitched (slanted towards the boiler) and insulated? Are the main air vents as well as the individual air vents on the radiators working properly?

Please post a few dozen WELL LIT AND IN FOCUS pictures of the boiler, piping and radiators.
