G115? MPO? EK? Which inexpensive oil boiler is best?

My girlfriend's V7-5 Burnham finally decided to kick it this year. It is still heating, but the heat exchanger is leaking between the 4th and 5th chambers. Seems like this is just what they do.

I wonder if we could just take off the 5th chamber and put the back plate on there with a new seal? hmm...

We have our local HVAC coming out in the next week or two to give us an estimate on a new G115 install.

Reading on here, it seems that some people love Energy Kinetics, some love G115's, some love MPOs...

What is best at this point? Are they all similar?

She expects to stay in the house about 5 years, so cheaper is better than super-efficient, and the rebates are only about 500 bucks on anything 86% or better...

Also deciding whether to add 100 feet of baseboard in place of the barely functional air handler/baffle setup...

House is 3400sq ft, and is poorly radiated, 100+ windows so not good for heat loss
zone 1 - 18 feet of baseboard, 200 sq ft
zone 2 - 22 feet of baseboard, 220 sq ft
zone 3 - poured concrete radiant, 300 sq ft
zone 4 - air handler, 400 sq ft
zone 5 - air handler, 1100 sq ft
electric:
heat pump 1100 sq ft
standalone heater 120 sq ft

Apparently she's been burning an average of 300 gallons of oil every winter month the last few years, on top of the $400/month electric bill. Ouch.

Related: The G115/WS is sometimes sold with a Beckett AFG when using chimney vent. We already have an AFG. Can we save on the install cost by re-using the AFG that's already in the house? is this a bad idea?
