HELP: No heat but boiler is working correctly

My boiler is working but the hot water is not circulating through the system. My guess is that the line is frozen at some point (pex Line) therefore stopping circulation. Any thoughts?

There is a supply line to the emitters and a return line. Are they both cold/cool ?
Can you confirm the circulator is running ?
What is the pressure on the gauge ?

A few pictures of your system can be helpful. How-to-insert-pictures

The line out is warm for about a foot and then cold. The return line is cold.

I don't see any Pex. I see one circulator. Is there just one thermostat and zone ?
What is the system pressure on the gauge ?
For the heating lines to freeze it means the heat had to be set back in temperature.
