Loud exhaust noise - Biasi B-10-4

I have a Biasi B10-4 boiler, installed by the previous owner in 2010. It has always been VERY loud, as in, often wakes us up in our 2nd-floor bedroom loud. We sort of got used to it, but every time we have guests over, they can't believe how loud it is and how much noise it makes throughout the entire 2,400 sq. ft. house. It has made me realize that this is not normal.

I did some digging on the forums, and found the following thread where user bostonfan49 narrowed it down to exhaust noise, and seemed to have found a solution. The only problem is, I can't for the life of me find the "QHT exhaust kit= Double wall insulated Z flex" that he referred to in the thread. Is anyone familiar with this kit?? Would be ever grateful if someone could point me in the right direction! Thanks.

Photobucket no longer allows third party linking.
I tried to load bostonfan49's pictures but they are no longer there.

Sounds like a combustion problem Check both the burner, and the boiler reconditions , the boiler's recommendations take precedent . See if you can find the boiler's spec info on line . There might be a couple of videos on You tube. If you have a regular service tech, he or she should leave it running better than that.

j,

Try this sight. They have other sizes also.

In the search bar type in Double wall insulated Z flex for options, if this is what you're looking for.

Hope this helps a little.
