Need help getting the heat to turn on

Hello. I have an ARGO AZ4-CP panel for my Weil-McLain furnace which has been nothing short of a nightmare, year after year, when it comes time for putting the heat on. Im desperate for guidance on my first issue this season. Thank you all in advance!

Thermostats are calling for heat, air handlers go on, then status and x-x signals begin to take turns flashing along with clicking sound coming from one of terminals. Here are some
photos of what I have:

Hi, do you hot water coils in your ductwork? According to your pics it looks like zone 2 is calling for heat, according to the owners manual Status LED - flashes during normal operation
Priority On - indicates priority mode is selected
Primary Pump - indicates primary pump is energized
Priority Pump - indicates the priority zone pump is energized
X-X Contact - indicates X-X contact is closed and calling for heat from the boiler
ZR On - indicates ZR-ZC dip switch is in the ON position, priority zone is calling, and ZR-ZC terminals are energized.
Are you saying that that relay is chattering on a call for heat? check for any loose connections , are you getting a constant 24 VAC on terminals R &C?

Thread moved to the boiler forums. You have boiler.... not a furnace.

You should take the opportunity to locate a reliable service person as you will need the boiler to be cleaned too.
You have two zones..... that's two thermostats and two zones valves.
Do you have air handlers too ??
If yes..... you have a fairly involved system.
I don't see any air handler wiring there and very basic thermostats.

Is the boiler actually running ?
