pilot is on,Thermostat is up[tight both wires ]T1 and T2 got 110V but it does not kick,s in.what to do next?

In a burnham boiler if i use a tac0 007 circulator pump in a 2 pipe reverse flow system would i need to change the internal check valve to the other outlet

i do have W Mclain force hot water system boiler in the house.pilot is on, thermostat all way up and i do have 120V on T1&T2 in relay but nothing happens
