weil mcclain hot water boiler - not working

getting error message in RED

LOW WATER CUTOFF OPEN
STATUS: LOCKOUT

heater has stopped working and need help / guidance pleae

It would appear you've run low on water. Is this a steam system or hot water radiators? More information about your system including pictures will help.

very many thanks

this is a hot water boiler ( two zone - radiators and base boards ) - not steam
model is: wm 97+ ( by weil mcclain )

why it has triggered ?
how to check water level ?
how to cure ??

There should be a temperature and water pressure gauge on the boiler. The pressure should be around 12 - 15 PSI cold. Take a few pictures of the system and post them so we can guide you on how to put water back in it. Take a few from a bit away so we can see everything.

pressure gage and other installation
i can give you some more if you need it
this is WM 97+ HOT WATER BOILER ( 3 zones - one radiators, second one is base boards and third one is hot water for shower
