Fix. Carlin G3B Burner Short Cycling Intermittent Flame
I figured out my issue with my Carlin G3B Gas Burner Short cycling, intermittent Flame. On and off.
Fix, The blower squirrel wheel that brings the Air Flow or Oxygen into the unit must be cleaned. There are 4 screws you need to remove to take the squirrel cage out. Once you take the squirrel cage wheel out of the blower housing, clean all the fins with a screwdriver probe and air can or vacuum cleaner. My unit was filthy and the fins were clogged with lint, debris,dirt etc. Once I cleaned the squirrel cage fins etc, and reinstalled it BAM, the unit worked great once again. It hadn't had any air coming into the unit so it was running rich and was short cycling.

Welcome to the forums.
Furnaces MUST be routinely cleaned and serviced. They are not install and forget appliances.
I recommend having a furnace/boiler checked/serviced at least every other year.
Many gas providers have excellent service people. Reliable and cost effective.
Check with them first if you don't have a dedicated service company.
