Brick molding is generally the molding around the opening's exterior sides and top.

Chris,
It looks as though the brick veneer returns to the exterior wood of the windows. Is it possible to not have any brick moulds?
Thanks.

Cool

Brick moulding is a thick wood moulding used to surround windows and the brick butts right to the moulding. Sometimes it is not used, it just depends on who installed the windows. The brick can be layed against the frame if it is chaulked properly.

Thanks for the info. So the outside edge of the wood brick mould should be where the face of brick is?
