granite floor in 1/2 bath

I'm planing on using 12" granite tiles. 2 main questions.

Any caveats about using granite in a small bath?

And will I be able to cut the tiles using the B.E.P. portable 7" wetsaw #60085. (roughly 30 SFt of floor).

Any grouting suggestions

Thanks for the help.

Comming back from the 70's.

Granite tile

Larger tile in small spaces tend to make them look larger. You will want to use unsanded grout with granite tile. Tiles should be installed over concrete underlayment board. Too, granite should be cleaned and maintained with products recommended for natural stone. Do not use a product that does not specifically state that it is safe for natural stone.
