exposed brick in interior

I have exposed the brick party walls on my 1890's rowhouse. The plaster has been sanded off and I repointed some missing mortar. It looks great!

Should I seal this wall or leave it unsealed? What material would seal the bricks without making it shiny or losing the great colors of the different bricks? If I leave it unsealed will the room be dusty forever?

exposed brick

thanks for the idea mowpar. I tried using clear poly and it makes the bricks too dark and too shiny (even matte finish poly). I guess I can just leave it without a sealer and vacuum from time to time.
