Removing Paint from a Brick Fireplace

Does anyone have a good method that works "relatively easily" to remove paint from a brick fireplace. I can get it off with some stripper and a lot of scrubbing w/ a wire brush. But it takes a real long time to remove the paint off of 1 brick.
Thanks

Just go and buy a paint-remover, and apply it on the wall. Wait for 30 minutes -than scrab etc.

stripping

You could go to a auto parts store and buy a spray can of automotive paint stripper. This product is very toxic but with a fan and respirator, you should be Okay.

The paint will come off the wall with no scraping, just use wire brush, stubborn spots in tight cracks may need another shot of paint remover and whisking of the steel brush.
