Dryer vent

I need to install a vent for my dryer. There isn't even a hole in the wall yet. It is set up in the garage and the walls are breeze-block. I found a kit at the hardware store but am a bit nervious about knocking a hole in the wall. Anyone have any experience....words of wisdom on this subject?

Cutting concrete block is not too difficult. You could use a masonry bit and drill around the perimeter and knock out the center, then clean it up with a cold chisel. I don't know about your kit, but it may well do a good job for you.
