Concrete Repair

We have a house that has an older concrete front sidewalk. It isn't in very good shape and we would like to get it fixed. The concrete is flaking off and I was wondering if there is anything we can do without getting a contractor to come in.

Someone told us there is a product that you can just put over existing concrete. Is this true? If there is a product, can someone give me some information.

Any help would be appreciated even if it is to tell me we have to get a professional to do it. We were hoping to not have to take out all the existing concrete but if we have to then we have to.

Thanks,

Marie

Thanks

Chris,

Thanks for the link. I had a quick look at it and will take a better look at it. I am not sure if our concrete is in good enough shape to use it but it would be worth a try anyway. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know. I didn't really even know what I was looking for.
