pouring on top of concrete?

Let's say I have a section of my driveway that has sunken towards the house. Is it an option to just use quickrete right on top of the old concrete? The section would be about 25 sq ft or so (about 5 by 5). I don't know if mudjacking is much of an option because there are a few cracks in the sunken section...I'm afraid if I try to have it jacked that it would come up unevenly.

It may be best to remove the bad section and fix the entire problem at once.

pouring on top of that section is just a quick fix which might last a few months before 1. it starts sinking again 2. it starts cracking and looking like crap or 3. it starts flaking away. if you are looking for long term is at least take out the section thats sinking and fix the root of the problem. If your driveway aint too big id re do all of it.
