low driveway

Our home is an older home that has been added to by the previous owner. The carport was enclosed but the driveway has a poor grade on it and water settles at the house. A contractor recommended using a bonding agent and fiber reinforced concrete to correct the problem. This would be 3-4 inches at the house and feathered out to grade. Also can you repair broken edges from driving off the slab with this bonding agent? The driveway is circular and lowest at the house. I'd rather not tear it out, it's about 150' just has a low section. We live in Florida so I'm really trying to correct the drainage issue-no frost. Thanks.

It might be worth a try. Make sure your contractor is aware of your concerns and ask if there's any kind of warranty for this repair. If he only offers a tail light guarantee, go to another plan (or a different contractor).
