dumb question!!

what is the easiest way to " square-up " your slab, footings ? is there a math hand-book that gives all , or msot common formulas ? thank you

I don't understand your question or questions. Do you want to know how to measure, design, layout, or pour the footers?

Hypotenuse = square root (sum of the sides squared)

C2 = A2+ B2 C = \/A2 + B2

Right angle = 3,4,5, or any multiples of or divisions of.
Hypotenuse = 5.

Calculate & measure the diagonals.

44.23564 feet .23564 * 12 = 2.82768 (2 inches)
.82763 * 16 = 13.24 / 16ths. 13/16 40'- 2-13/16"
