Garage Floor Question??
I recently bought my house and have been living here for 4 months now. I have 1 1/2 car garage that the previous owner use to park thier car in everyday. The garage floor is now chipping away and cracking.
When the floor get's wet there is a white liquidy substance that come's up from the floor. The only thing i can think the previous owner did was painted the floor with a water base paint. Could it be anything else??
Here are a few other questions:
1) What is the best way to fix the garage floor so it it looks new?
What can professionaly be done to fix the floor? Can a thin layer of concreate be poured over the current floor to make it look new??
2) Is there anything that can be applied to make a floor last? Concreate sealer??
Thanks in advance for any help.
