Filling blocks with mortar
I am doing an addition on a main floor bathroom on my house. I will be using 8" block for my foundation wall. Currently, I have a poured concrete foundation. I would like to fill the holes in the blocks with mortor. Is this an acceptable prcatice. I think this will give me a more solid wall similar to a poured concrete foundation.
