Question How to build a sloped concrete pathway (no steps) ?

My house is a walkout basement type, the terrain slopes down towards the back of the house. I want to build a path (concrete) around the house and I am trying to find out if it is possible to have this sloped path built with no steps, just a path that follows the terrain slope ?
What would be the max slope angle on which this can be done as a home project by someone with resonable skills ?
I would like to not have steps because the slope is not too big and it would also allow me in the future to drive a wheelbarrow down on the path, I can see a need for this in the future, when I intend to do the landscape in my backyard.
Any advise or relevant references, links is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

you can form it without steps! you can form it to any slope you wish, you can pour a concrete wall which is 90 degrees. YOU do need to let the batchplant know that you are pouring a steep pour, so they can adjust the mix accordingly.
