removing masonry nails

I'm trying to replace my old decorative shutters but can't figure out how to remove the old masonry nails without too much fuss. Can anyone help?

Pull them with a claw hammer or cat's paw.

I had masonairy nails in my basement floor, I used a grinder to take some of them off level with the surface. Before I borrowed the grider I tried using a wonderbar (like a short flat crowbar if you havent used one) until I snapped it in half, man did that hurt.
Anyways when I pulled up the nails a lot of times it would break out a bit of concrete leaving a little hole, I just filled this in afterwards with some topping cement
