salt staining on colored concrete
I have some blotchy patches that have appeared on my year-old concrete pool deck (rock salt finish). Over the winter during rainstorms, white salt residue appeared on the deck as it dried. Now the residue looks more like faded patches. The concrete is a dark charcoal - is there any way to clean it to restore original color?
