Removing concrete stoop

I have a concrete stoop on the side of my house that I want to remove. It's "attached" to the foundation of the house. How can I remove it and end up with a clean edge to the foundation when I'm done?

Was it poured at the same time as the foundation or is it pinned and just poured against the foundation?

Is there any way to tell by looking at it? The house is 35 years old. I think the stoop is an original part of the house, but I don't know how it was poured.

If it was pinned, there should be a visible crack or seam when it meets the fountain.

I don't see a crack, but there is a blob of extra concrete on either side of the stoop, and it makes it look to me like the stoop may have been added on after the foundation was poured.
